GPSR Seller Kit

Privacy

In short: we collect no personal data. The generator runs entirely in your browser.

Audience and behaviour measurement. We measure visits to and use of this site in aggregate and anonymously: pages viewed, scroll depth, sections reached, time before the first click on a button, forms started or submitted and the name of the last field touched (never its content or your answers), FAQ items opened, outbound links (domain only), technical errors (an anonymous fingerprint of the message), page speed (Core Web Vitals) and repeated clicks, as well as clicks to the order page and checkout steps, the referring site’s domain and any campaign (utm) parameters. Only daily totals are kept, in a READ FRANCE spreadsheet hosted by Google. This measurement sets no cookie, uses no identifier and keeps neither IP addresses nor personal data; there is no cross-site tracking, and nothing is shared or sold: these statistics are used only to improve this site. Search-engine crawlers and automated browsers (recognised in your browser, without its signature being sent) are counted separately, and a preloaded page counts only if you open it.

A/B tests. Some visitors may see a different version of a headline, button or price, so we can tell which is clearer. The version letter is kept in the tab’s session storage (sessionStorage, deleted when the tab closes) or chosen by date (nothing stored); it is never linked to a person. The price charged is always the one displayed. No test is running today.

Opting out. The “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” setting of your browser stops all measurement.

Why there is no consent banner. Strictly aggregated, limited to this site’s own statistics, with no cross-site tracking, no combination with other processing and no transfer to third parties, this measurement stays within the consent exemption for audience measurement under French law (article 82 of the loi Informatique et Libertés, CNIL guidelines and recommendation of 17 September 2020 on cookies and other trackers).

Exception: the order page of the documentation pack (French businesses only) collects the e-mail address, company name, SIREN, billing address and, for a quote, any internal reference, needed to issue and follow up the quote, fulfil the order, issue the invoice and make refunds. Card payment is handled by Stripe, which loads its payment module (and anti-fraud cookies) on that page only; we never receive card data. For a bank transfer on quote, we also receive, from the buyer’s bank through Stripe, the name of the paying account holder, the BIC, the last four digits of the IBAN, and the date, amount and reference of the transfer. Stripe also processes some of these data for its own purposes (fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering). Retention: invoices and accounting records, including the related transfer data, 10 years; other order data, 5 years; quotes not followed by an order, 1 year after they expire. See article 13 of the B2B terms.
